We're working to ensure children and young people of all ages are able to enjoy the benefits of sport and physical activity. We want them to feel more motivated, confident and able to get active – which will also increase the likelihood of being active later in life.

Dance
Dance relax and releases our innermost desire to feel using all our other senses. Music is the universal language to connect , to achieve spiritual well-being and find peace and dance is one way to express it.

We offer a wide range of group fitness classes, small group training sessions and personal training. We also provide Women Only classes led by our fabulous female instructors.

nutrition
Healthy eating and being physically active are particularly important for children and adolescents. This is because their nutrition and lifestyle influence their wellbeing, growth and development.
