Freshly Squeezed is an innovative lifestyle company with the aim of encouraging people of all ages to participate in regular physical activity. 

Freshly Squeezed programmes are delivered within Primary and Secondary Schools as Breakfast Clubs, P.E lessons, lunch time and After School activities, as well as working in Partnership with Housing Associations, Children’s Centres and Community & Youth Projects.

A combination of Sport, Dance, Fitness Activities and Personal Training are offered.

Programmes are designed for individuals to grow and develop, achieving mental, social and physical well-being.

Freshly Squeezed activities were in high demand, and grew more popular with the strength of its talented and committed coaches, professionals and Instructors. All skilled and trained from Street Dance to Ballet and Basketball to Gymnastics which enables participants to enjoy a varied physical experience.

After School

During all our clubs we deliver range of fun exciting games to build confidence, social skills and improve fitness. All are clubs are designed to make learning fun and encourage children to make new friends through sport

Personal Trainer

We want you to achieve your health and fitness goals! Whether that is to lose weight, improve muscle tone, increase muscle mass, or simply improve your motivation to exercise. A bespoke programme can be discussed & designed.

Older Adult

It really is ‘ Never too late to start exercise’. The benefits of regular exercise for Older Adults are in abundance.  A combination of moderate activity of aerobic and strength exercises help improve & maintain health and becoming more active

    We are really excited to be partners in the Fitness for Families PALACE to encourage Women, Families & Communities to participate in regular exercise. We have some new and exciting programmes all over East London including Zumba in our Fitness for Families and Remix Keep Fit workouts and many more. Join us on our 2 hour session at Little Ilford Youth Centre every Tuesday 4 till 6 pm where we have an after school activity for you and your children. 


          We offer a wide range of group fitness classes, small group training sessions and personal training. We also provide Women Only classes led by our fabulous female instructors.     
    Why not join us at our new Remix Keep Fit session starting November 2019. Remix Keep Fit will help you Wake up & Shake up every Wednesday morning 09:30am to 10:30am. 
    We are still running our fitness for families session on Saturday mornings 10:45am in Goodmayes to help you kick start your weekends so sign up today
