Our coaches are experienced in working with children across all year groups in line with the national curriculum. Children progress from learning fundamental motor skills during the EYFS, through to developing teamwork and tactical awareness in KS1 & KS2, covering a broad range of sports.

Improving children’s ability to move the feet and body rhythmically. Helping children’s confidence grow and improve their spatial awareness. Dance will help increasing your child’s fitness levels. Your child will learn a range of different dance movements and learn how to perform them like a professional! all of this whilst listening to the latest and best chart music.

Our multi-sports clubs begins with the fundamentals of movement and progresses to a high level balance and floor exercises.
